Where do you come up with 500 million? A 'in a perfect world' type scenario?

Welcome to the internet. What you are looking at is a web page. On this web page, you will see that certain text is a different color and is underlined. On the internet, these are called "links". If you take the round thing on your desk called a mouse and use it to move the arrow on your computer screen over these "links", you can actually click on them and it will take you to another web page. Usually, people on the internet who "come up" with something... and that something is a "link"... make sure that you can use your mouse to click on it and find out where the author "comes up" with that thing.

I try not to fall back on the brain tumor excuse more than once a month, but I think I'm play that card as I can think of no other explanation for completely overlooking the links.
