I've been paying for Ednil to go to the local community college to study Hotel and Restaurant Management.
It turns out that if Ednil wants to be allowed to take the final exams, she has to pay money to take the test... and not a small amount. Then, if she wants to get her final grade, she has to pay the teacher money... and not a small amount.
And that is for every one of her classes.

That is silly. What are the cost of classes there. So in the end how much would one have paid for this class.

I don't recall the exact price, but it is still a micro-fraction of what college courses cost in America. That's why the title of the post is "Things that make you go Hmmm", instead of "Things that make you go WTF???"
