Clearly there isn't enough traffic problem in Delhi for this guy to still be able to chill on a motorbike.
Had to play the video a sceond time to look just at the license plate after hearing the thick indian accent at the end of the video, and it is indeed in Delhi. I thought I saw it all on Indian roads...worng!
